1. Order Processing

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Some products are held in stock for rapid dispatch, while others may require additional preparation time. The estimated delivery timeframe for each product is shown on the relevant product page and in collection filters.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are product-specific and fall into one of the following categories:

2–7 working days

The applicable timeframe is displayed on the product page and should be used as the expected delivery estimate for that item.

If your order contains multiple items with different delivery timeframes, the longer timeframe will apply unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on current supplier and courier schedules. While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruption, adverse weather, or access issues.

If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Delivery Areas & Charges

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Free Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)

Free standard delivery is available on all standard product orders delivered within mainland England, Wales, and Scotland, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

“UK Mainland” excludes:

  • Northern Ireland
  • The Scottish Highlands
  • Offshore islands
  • Remote or restricted-access locations

If delivery is requested outside UK Mainland or to a restricted-access location, additional delivery charges may apply. Where applicable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs. You will have the option to proceed or cancel your order if additional charges apply.

4. Special Delivery Requirements

If you require:

  • Delivery outside UK Mainland
  • Expedited delivery
  • Timed delivery slots
  • Specialist delivery services
  • Installation or assembly

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any additional costs.

Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate access is available.

5. Delivery Access & Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery access is suitable for the items ordered, including:

  • Adequate access for large or heavy items
  • Lift access where required
  • Suitable clearance through doors, corridors, and stairwells

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, incorrect information, or site limitations, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or return.

6.  Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Failure to accept delivery where required
  • Inadequate access arrangements

Re-delivery or return costs may be charged to the customer.

7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

All items should be inspected upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs

We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.

8. Risk & Ownership

For consumer purchases, risk passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession, in accordance with applicable law.

For business purchases, risk passes upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Ownership of goods remains with Office Complete Limited until full payment has been received.
