3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@officecomplete.co.uk. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Item Condition

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in new, unused condition. This means the item must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, and must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item's condition. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Restocking Fees

OFFICE COMPLETE LIMITED does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@officecomplete.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will guide you through the process for returning damaged or defective goods, and in such cases, OFFICE COMPLETE LIMITED will cover the return shipping costs.
